Great companies run on great communication. As a Corporate Communications Intern, you’ll help bring important company initiatives to life through clear messaging, engaging content, and strategic internal campaigns. Working with the NSS Communications team, you’ll contribute to real projects that inform, inspire, and connect employees across the organization. From developing campaign messaging to helping manage content calendars and engagement insights, you’ll see firsthand how strong communication supports culture, collaboration, and business success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Contribute to the planning and execution of internal communications campaigns supporting key company initiatives.

Write and edit clear, engaging internal content including announcements, campaign messaging, and employee communications.

Assist in developing campaign messaging frameworks and communication toolkits for priority initiatives.

Help manage the communications content calendar, coordinating messaging across channels and timelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to turn ideas and updates into compelling employee communications.

Support campaign performance summaries and engagement insights to help improve future communications.

Provide additional writing, editing, and coordination support for communications projects as needed.
You will learn:
- How internal communications supports culture, change, and business priorities.
- Message development, content planning, and channel strategy.
- Working with stakeholders to translate needs into clear communications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Academic background: Communications, Public Relations, Broadcasting, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design
- Currently enrolled in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Comfort managing multiple requests and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience writing for internal audiences or building content calendars (a plus).
