Northeast Shared Services is hiring for multiple coordinator opportunities in Schenectady, NY, supporting key business areas across merchandising, advertising, category management, and data integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support merchandising, category management, advertising, promotional, and data integrity functions across Northeast Shared Services.
• Coordinate communication between category teams, advertising, marketing, operations, vendors, brokers, store teams, pricing, accounting, and supply chain partners.
• Assist with item setup, item maintenance, cost changes, vendor changes, discontinued items, promotional pricing, funding, and store authorization processes.
• Review reports, forms, pricing details, advertising proofs, item information, and promotional data for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and resolve store-reported discrepancies related to items, pricing, promotions, markdowns, retail accuracy, and product data.
• Support weekly advertising and promotional execution, including circulars, signage, temporary price reductions, special ad pieces, and seasonal programs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative, analytical, and systems support to merchandising and related business teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of business processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business systems.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Prior grocery retail, store operations, merchandising, administrative, advertising, or data integrity experience preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of administrative, retail, merchandising, data entry, or related business experience preferred.
• Grocery retail or store operations experience preferred.
