Join us this summer and embark on a journey filled with growth, learning, and endless possibilities! This is a 10 week program and all opportunities are located on-site. 

Help shape how teammates learn and grow across our companies. As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll work with the HR Training & Development team to design and build training content in SAP that helps employees understand processes, systems, and best practices. From creating interactive learning modules to developing job aids and support materials, you’ll gain hands-on experience in instructional design while helping deliver consistent, effective training across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to: Training needs outline for assigned topic area(s) (audience, goals, and content plan).
  • Contribute to: Training module build in SAP for a defined set of lessons (e-learning modules + assessments as applicable).
  • Contribute to: Support materials and handoff (job aids, facilitator notes if needed, and maintenance guide).
  • Support as needed: Pilot content with a small user group and incorporate feedback if timing allows.

You will learn: 

  • How learning content is designed, built, and maintained in corporate systems.
  • Instructional design basics and stakeholder review cycles.
  • How to measure training effectiveness and iterate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic background: Business preferably with an HR concentration or education
  • Currently enrolled in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong writing and organization skills.
  • Comfort learning new systems and following structured build steps.

Preferred: 

  • Experience creating training materials, job aids, or e-learning content (a plus).
