SUMMARY

The Operations Intern will support Operations Workforce Management by helping review and update operational standards through in-store process and time studies. This internship is designed for a student interested in industrial engineering, process improvement, labor standards, and store operations.

The intern will observe store-level work, analyze current standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and help recommend updates to the most important operational standards by department. This project is especially valuable because current standards need updating, and the work will support more accurate, relevant operational expectations for store teams.
