SUMMARY

Responsible for accuracy and data entry of all aspects of cost & allowance activity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set-up of all new items accepted by the Category Teams via the vendor community, including bill-backs, costs, retails, and required regulatory data
Investigating and resolving discrepancies and other activities which impact accuracy at store level
Maintenance and auditing to ensure clean and correct data files

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory agencies helpful
Knowledge of MIC2, OMI, Control-D, and C&S systems a plus
Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail Systems & process orientation
Ability to handle rapid change
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

College degree in business or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience in grocery retail/store operations preferred
