Join us this summer and embark on a journey filled with growth, learning, and endless possibilities! This is a 10 week program and all opportunities are located on-site. 

Help drive the growth of online grocery. As an Ecommerce Intern, you’ll work with the ecommerce team to support initiatives that expand and improve Northeast Shared Services digital ordering programs. From analyzing performance data to helping prepare new offerings and partner integrations, you’ll gain hands-on experience in how ecommerce operations, partnerships, and data-driven insights come together to support a growing online business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to: Ecommerce readiness checklist for an assigned initiative (e.g., takeout/catering offering or partner channel readiness).
• Contribute to: Performance tracking and reporting output (baseline metrics + weekly updates + insights).
• Contribute to: Process map + recommendations (how work flows today and how to improve speed/accuracy).
• Support as needed: Support partner coordination tasks and documentation as assigned.

You will learn:

• How ecommerce programs are launched and managed in a retail environment.
• Partner/channel coordination and operational execution basics.
• Using data to identify improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic background: Digital Marketing/Ecommerce
• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong organization and comfort working with data and process steps.
• Clear communication and follow-through.

Preferred:

• Interest in ecommerce, digital operations, or partnerships; experience with dashboards/metrics a plus.
