SUMMARY
The HRIS Support Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to store operations and corporate locations including timely and accurate processing of status changes, rate adjustments, reporting and payroll tasks. Serves as a liaison throughout the organization providing continuous support by trouble shooting and analyzing issues through problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRIS Support Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to store operations and corporate locations including timely and accurate processing of status changes, rate adjustments, reporting and payroll tasks. Serves as a liaison throughout the organization providing continuous support by trouble shooting and analyzing issues through problem resolution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
1-2 years Store experience or HR, benefits or payroll experience required
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft office HRIS/Payroll systems experience a plus
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
