Price Chopper/Market 32 is hosting a job fair with on-the-spot interviews for a variety of part-time and full-time positions at our stores in Albany, Glenmont, Bethlehem, East Greenbush, and Troy.

We are actively hiring for the following Full-Time positions:

Bench Team Leaders (traveling leadership development roles)
Departments:

• Deli

• Meat

What is a Bench Team Leader?
Bench Team Leaders travel between local stores while training and developing in their department. This role is designed to prepare leaders to take ownership of their own department when a permanent Team Leader position becomes available.

Central Ave Store (Albany):

• Assistant Grocery Manager

• Assistant Deli Manager

East Greenbush & Glenmont Stores:

• Full-Time Meat Cutters
  Candidates must pass a cutting test to be hired as a Full-Time Meat Cutter.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bench Team Leaders (Deli, Meat, Bakery, Front End)

• Travel between local stores to support department operations.

• Train to assume a permanent Team Leader role.

• Supervise teammates, manage inventory, and ensure strong customer service and operational standards.

Assistant Grocery Manager (Central Ave – Albany)

• Support daily grocery operations, merchandising, and inventory control.

• Supervise teammates and maintain customer service and safety standards.

Assistant Deli Manager (Central Ave – Albany)

• Assist with deli operations, food production, and team supervision.

• Ensure food safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.

Full-Time Meat Cutters (East Greenbush & Glenmont)

• Cut and prepare meat products according to company standards.

• Maintain food safety and product quality.

• Must successfully complete a cutting test prior to hire.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills. 

Basic Literacy Skills
