ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistant Grocery Manager: Help lead the grocery department by supporting associates, serving customers, and keeping shelves stocked and displays inviting. You’ll assist with ordering, pricing, inventory, and day-to-day operations while helping the department meet its goals.
• Full-Time Dairy Teammate: Keep the dairy department stocked, fresh, and easy to shop by rotating products, maintaining displays, and checking prices and inventory. You’ll help unload deliveries, keep the area clean, and provide friendly service to customers.
• Assistant Floral Manager: Help keep the floral department fresh, colorful, and ready for customers by arranging flowers, creating displays, and caring for plants. You’ll support ordering and inventory, fulfill customer requests, and help train new floral associates.
• Grocery Manager: Take a leading role in keeping the store stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll guide grocery associates and oversee dry grocery, dairy, and frozen food operations, with a focus on strong displays, accurate inventory, and dependable service. You’ll also help manage department budgets, reduce product loss, and oversee the broader store operation when scheduled.
• Receiving Assistant Manager: Keep store deliveries moving by coordinating shipments from vendors and the warehouse and making sure products are received accurately. You’ll maintain an organized, safe back room, handle damaged merchandise, and help restock shelves and promotional displays.
   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate must be reliable and honest.
• Associate must possess integrity and professionalism in their position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
• Availability to work evenings and holidays are required for most of these positions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Basic literary skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of related experience.
