ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Bench Seafood Manager: Support seafood departments across different stores, helping teams deliver friendly service and keep products fresh, well stocked, and attractively displayed. In this role, you’ll help with ordering, inventory, associate training, and department operations while maintaining food safety standards.

Night Manager: Lead third-shift store operations, guiding the night crew as they stock shelves, receive deliveries, and prepare the store for the next day. You’ll help maintain inventory, merchandising, and safety standards while keeping customer service a priority.

Customer Service Manager: Lead the front end and customer service teams to create a welcoming, efficient experience for every shopper. You’ll train and support associates, oversee checkout and service desk operations, resolve customer concerns, and help maintain a safe, organized store.

Assistant Night Manager: Help guide the overnight crew as they receive deliveries, stock shelves, and prepare the store for the next day. You’ll support scheduling and training, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, and oversee third-shift operations when the Night Manager is away.

Assistant Deli Manager: Help run the deli’s day-to-day operations while providing friendly service and supporting the team. You’ll assist with scheduling, ordering and inventory, prepare and merchandise deli foods, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

Full-Time Frozen Food Teammate: Keep the frozen food aisles stocked, organized, and accurately priced so customers can find what they need. You’ll help unload deliveries, maintain inventory, and provide friendly service throughout the store.

Full-Time Night Crew Teammate: Help get the store ready for the next day by unloading deliveries, stocking grocery products, and keeping aisles clean and organized. You’ll also check pricing and inventory and assist customers when needed.

Full-Time Dairy Teammate: Keep the dairy department stocked, fresh, and easy to shop by rotating products, maintaining displays, and checking prices and inventory. You’ll help unload deliveries, keep the area clean, and provide friendly service to customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate must be reliable and honest. 
• Associate must possess integrity and professionalism in their position.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
• Availability to work evenings and holidays are required for most of these positions. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Basic literary skills. 
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills. 
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of related experience.
