ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistant Night Manager: Help guide the overnight crew as they receive deliveries, stock shelves, and prepare the store for the next day. You’ll support scheduling and training, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, and oversee third-shift operations when the Night Manager is away. Shifts range from 9pm to 730am daily.

Night Manager: Lead third-shift store operations, guiding the night crew as they stock shelves, receive deliveries, and prepare the store for the next day. You’ll help maintain inventory, merchandising, and safety standards while keeping customer service a priority. Responsible for the scheduling of all Night Crew Associates. Responsible for all refrigeration and security procedures during third shift, and all weekly and nightly resets. Shifts range from 9pm to 730am daily.

Seafood Manager: Support seafood departments across different stores, helping teams deliver friendly service and keep products fresh, well stocked, and attractively displayed. In this role, you’ll help with ordering, inventory, associate training, and department operations while maintaining food safety standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate must be reliable and honest. 
• Associate must possess integrity and professionalism in their position.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.
• Successful completion of the most recent certification program is strongly preferred and required within 6 months if selected for the position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or still pursuing education)
