Front End Shift Supervisor

As a Front End Shift Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in creating a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe experience for every guest. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and help keep the front end running smoothly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a great first and last impression by greeting guests, making eye contact, and thanking them for shopping with us.

• Lead and support the Front End team, helping teammates provide exceptional service and a positive experience for every guest.

• Coach and develop teammates by providing training, guidance, encouragement, and feedback to help them succeed.

• Partner with Customer Service Team Leaders and management to coordinate daily Front End activities and keep operations running smoothly.

• Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by maintaining an organized Front End and following company safety standards.

• Maintain a professional presence by following our dress code and personal grooming standards.

• Help protect the business by following cash-handling, security, and company control procedures.

• Perform cash audits and sweeps and maintain accurate, detailed records and logs.

• Keep Front End merchandise areas stocked and organized, including high-traffic areas such as candy and other impulse merchandise.

• Keep your team informed by communicating new policies, promotions, and programs clearly and effectively.

• Support additional store needs and take on other responsibilities as assigned by management.
