Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have your permit, we’ll equip you with the tools, training, and mentorship to become a professional CDL-A driver—home daily, regional hauls, and full-time placement after graduation.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in classroom, closed-course, and over-the-road training
- Gain hands-on experience in fueler, yard jockey, and driver trainee duties
- Train on our actual fleet equipment under guidance of professional trainers
- Learn best-in-class safety procedures and compliance protocols
- Complete progressive benchmarks with real-time feedback and support
What You’ll Need
- Minimum age: 18
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and clean abstract
- Ability to pass DOT physical exam and drug screening
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull 3,000 lbs rolling weight
- Availability to work flexible shift
