Resource Recovery Manager

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage staffing to include payroll, scheduling and hiring.
• Manage operations of corporate Resource Recovery facility, corporate product and salvage return and corporate asset and revenue income from product and salvage returns.
• Maintains and continuously strives to improve operations and performance of the facility.
• Develop and prepare period performance review and work plan.
• Develop the annual and period department budget.
• Ensure Resource Recovery facility and associates meet all OSHA, FSMA, and RCRA requirements.
• Promote safety at all times. Ensure team adheres to all safety policies, training, procedures and best practices while performing tasks.
• Conduct assessment evaluations on all Resource Recovery teammates and operations.
• Manage all salvage vendors, commodity pricing, and invoicing.
• Manage all store returned products, recalls, and donations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Satisfactory performance reviews
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience
