What You'll Be Doing

Move trailers between dock doors, staging lanes, parking zones, and tandem compounds
Operate yard tractors and tractor-trailers in a fast-paced DC environment
Work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to keep freight flowing efficiently
Perform light trailer securing/loading duties as needed
Conduct pre/post-shift checks and notify dispatch of any maintenance concerns
Navigate safely in all weather conditions while keeping documentation and logs updated

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Age 18
Valid Class A CDL – CDLA with no FMCSA medical waivers
Current DOT Medical Card
Clean MVR / Driver’s abstract
Prior experience as a yard jockey, terminal tractor driver, or local CDL driver preferred
Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active settings
Able to lift up to 100 lbs and handle trailers in tight spaces with precision
